The StoryHealthy Simple Life® was born out of the mission of Dietitian Cassie to empower people like you to make the right choices for their health. While she started as just one dietitian looking to change lives, this mission quickly drew an entire team of health professionals who share the same vision and support one another.
Comprised of a variety of highly-specialized backgrounds, our motivated team of Registered Dietitians and Certified Personal Trainers is ready to help you achieve a happy, Healthy Simple Life. No matter what hurdles you face, our team has the heath knowledge and experience to help develop a balanced approach to improving your lifestyle.
What We Believe
