This means you not only get appointments with your dietitian coach every other week, but you have access to them AND the rest of our team outside of your appointment times. Which means you can ask questions and get support anytime – giving you the best chance for success! Your dietitian coach is like your GPS, ensuring that you don’t get off course with expensive and frustrating mistakes. How do I get started?
Before we take you on as a client, we want to respect your time and make sure we’re a good fit for you and vice versa. We know that in order for you to succeed, it’s important that you’re dedicated and ready to invest in your health and do what it takes to reach your goals!
Our process is simple: submit this personal coaching application and a $99 deposit— a small upfront fee we charge for the time it takes to closely review each coaching application PLUS a 45 minute Kickstart Call. As soon as you submit your application, you’ll get the scheduling link to set up your Kickstart Call. On the call we will discuss the program that best fits your needs, get you set up with your dedicated dietitian coach, book your first appointment, and get you on your way to a healthier, simpler life.
What happens at my first appointment?
You’ll discuss your health and medical history, current eating habits and preferences, overall lifestyle and personal goals—and all of this will help your dietitian coach to identify your individual needs and equip you with the knowledge and tools you need to succeed and reach your goals.
Following your appointment, we’ll send you a Customized Nutrition Portfolio with the recommendations, guidelines, structured meal suggestions and goals discussed at your first session. Follow-up visits are focused on accountability, assessment of goal-meeting progress, further nutrition education, addressing challenges or problem areas, answering any food, nutrition, exercise or health questions that may arise, and helping you to stay motivated and inspired!
Can you do virtual meetings?
Yes! You choose how you’d like to meet. Most of our clients do their coaching appointments over Skype or on the phone. With our virtual coaching, the same high-quality coaching services are just a phone call (or Skype session) away. It’s like having a personal dietitian in the comfort of your own home or office.
