Cassie is a Registered, Licensed Dietitian, #1 International Best Selling Author and the founder of DietitianCassie.com and HealthySimpleLife.com. Cassie has built a following of loyal fans by helping people with the root causes of their health issues—especially ones that healthcare practitioners often overlook. Her education based on calorie counting, low-fat diets and packaged food never made sense to her and when it wasn’t working, she ventured out to find a better solution. In her quest, she overcame her personal sugar addiction and weight gain while feeling more energetic than she had in her entire life.
Cassie started Dietitian Cassie® with the vision of making this world a healthier place by spreading nutritional truth and busting outdated theories and myths. As she met more and more people who needed help in overcoming health hurdles, she found a need to add to her team, thus Healthy Simple Life was born! Emily Meade | RD, LD
Emily is a Registered, Licensed Dietitian with a passion for real food and maintaining a balanced lifestyle. She knows that having balance in her life is multifaceted, including: good nutrition, regular physical activity, getting enough sleep at night, managing stress, and investing into meaningful relationships with family and friends. Coming from her traditional schooling in nutrition and working in healthcare, Emily knew there was so much more to helping people navigate through food and nutrition than dieting. As Emily adapted the Healthy Simple Life philosophies and the PFC way of eating into her own life, the more frustrated she became with conventional nutrition. Emily personally experienced how the power of real food and lifestyle modifications transformed her own life from the inside out, which makes her even more excited to help her clients reach their goals. Emily’s joy and excitement for life is evident and contagious. At Healthy Simple Life, it is Emily’s deepest desire to guide you through an individualized approach to healing your bodies from within, in order to live the most vibrant life you can!

Alyssa Wilson | RD, LD
Alyssa is a Registered, Licensed Dietitian with a degree in Exercise and Sport Science, too. Alyssa is not your “traditional” dietitian, and knows just how to help you break free from low-fat, calorie counting diets, and instead uses real foods (including butter!) to help you lose weight and regain your life and confidence back. Alyssa felt her worst after finishing nutrition school where she dieted with processed, packaged, low-calorie “foods.” After adapting the Healthy Simple Life nutrition philosophy and the PFC way of eating, she finally broke free of the yo-yo dieting, sugar cravings, low energy, and unwanted weight and is excited to help you with that, too! Alyssa’s mission is to clear up any nutrition confusion and spread the truth so that you don’t have to suffer from the vicious cycle of chronic dieting as she did. Alyssa successfully helps her clients navigate through the dizzying array of misinformation to find the evidence-based truth of real, nourishing food…and plow through the non-food factors that can block weight loss and optimal health, too.
Alyssa enters each client session with eagerness and excitement to problem solve. She goes through every detail with a fine-toothed comb and helps you identify weight loss barriers and construct an individualized plan to overcome them; this helps you achieve long-term success and freedom from short-term restrictive diets. Taylor Moree | RD, LD
Taylor is one of our enthusiastic coaches, and completed her degree in dietetics from the University of Houston. Taylor’s unconventional dietetic approach is rooted in her own health struggle. In her early twenties, she found herself trying (and failing!) to follow the “move more, eat less” approach that so many of us have tried over and over again to no avail. Taylor felt defeated and like something was wrong with her as her health was suffering from following those low fat and low calorie diets. Only after getting beneath the surface and discovering the missing pieces to her puzzle (undiagnosed food sensitivities and a candida overgrowth) was she able to finally get those puzzle pieces back into place and step into her healthiest, fittest self. That’s when Taylor realized that energy levels, health and weight are about so much more than just food and exercise! Ever since, it’s been her passion to help people like you to identify and address all of your missing puzzle pieces so that you can overcome your history of dieting and health struggles, too!
Taylor’s main goal as your coach is to be your guide in overcoming your own barriers to get to your healthiest, fittest, most energetic self. Taylor’s favorite aspect of her role in your journey is being an investigator. Taylor’s authentic and enthusiastic approach coupled with a focus on sustainability will help you build lifestyle transitions and experience long-term results! Taylor wants you to know that you don’t have to go through this journey alone, she has been in your shoes and is ready to help you get to your best self!

Desiree Mosher | MS, RD
Desiree is a Registered Dietitian with a MS degree in Nutritional Science. She has had a strong passion for food since she was a little girl! Naturally, Desiree pursued a career nutrition to learn more about how to implement the power of real food and natural supplements. After trying many different ways of eating, Desiree felt (and looked!) her best once she started implementing the PFC-balanced way of eating designed by Dietitian Cassie. Desiree also realizes that just knowing about what food to eat is not enough and digs deep into her client’s current lifestyle to uncover underlying factors that may be preventing them from achieving their goals.The philosophies we teach around here helped Desiree and she cannot wait to guide you through them so that you can experience freedom, too!
Desiree’s nutrition coaching is relationship-centered, keeping the focus on YOU, and your individual goals and biochemistry — no more diets and quick fixes that don’t last! It is Desiree’s biggest reward to see her clients reach their goals and become their best self.

Kate has a BS degree in Family Consumer Nutrition Science from St. Catherine University, as well as degrees in Illustration and Creative Writing from the Rochester Institute of Technology. She currently lives in a small town in New York called Forestville, where she relocated from Minnesota in 2013 to get her hands dirty managing a greenhouse on her grandparents’ old farm. Kate loves being connected to her food from field to plate and understands the importance of food quality. Knowing where your food comes from is super important to Healthy Simple Life and Kate helps us find resources for REAL food all around the country. She keeps us connected to what’s going on in the nutrition world and drives our social media so we can stay connected with all of you!
Like everyone at HSL, she has her own nutrition story in which she discovered the power of real food. Once she discovered the monumental changes eating real foods was making in her own life, she decided to pursue a career involving nutrition. Combining all of her education (she was a professional student for quite some time), she is able to not only talk about balanced eating and help answer questions, but is able to encourage and turn others on to the benefits of living a Healthy Simple Life through her work. Like all of us at HSL, Kate lives a real food lifestyle everyday and wants to make it easier for you to do the same!

For all of your questions, Monica is your go-to gal! With a BS in Communications-Public Relations, she is the best connector to help you get what you need. Her enthusiasm and passion are infectious. That’s what makes her the perfect first point of contact here at Dietitian Cassie.
Monica understands the health and weight loss struggle. Growing up, she was an obese child. She struggled to find her healthy body throughout adolescence as she bounced from one diet to the next. Monica’s big a-ha moment happened once she became a parent. She wanted the best for her baby, but realized she really didn’t know how to take care of her own body in a healthy way… and that made her nervous about the example she’d be setting up for her child. After diligent research, she was relieved when she finally found a healthy and sustainable way to eat that supports her body and her family.
